A decisive factor for the effectiveness of the quality management system is continuous improvement activities developed based on the processes’ analysis and improvement which are evaluated in terms of performance by meeting the objectives and functions assigned to it, because we believe that it is only possible to move towards a better performance in the future if we measure and analyse the one which exists in the present.

The Quality Management System objective is to encourage continuous improvement in the form of activities that progress through small steps, focused on existing processes and people, as well as opportunities for innovation or rupture with established processes, aiming to achieve the maximum benefit for the organization's stakeholders.
